It was a pleasure to wake up in this lovely bright studio apartment each morning. It had everything I needed. I stayed for five nights while visiting a conference at the Messe Dresden. It was very conveniently located only four tram stops away from the conference centre, close enough to pop back for lunch or to do some work. Also very conveniently for the airport train, and the pretty historic buildings and museums. Nice view looking out over the Neptunbrunnen fountain and the hospital buildings. View of the nice cafe that always seems to be open, and handy for lunch/coffee. I definitely recommend staying here, it might be a bit small for two people for more than a couple of days. Great stay, thanks to the owners. I highly recommend.

Die Wohnung hat unseren Erwartungen voll entsprochen. Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, nicht überladen mit unnötigem. Schöne Küche mit guter Ausstattung, gemütliches Bett. Sehr guter Bäcker direkt gegenüber. Parkplätze ausreichend vor der Tür - es war immer ein Stellplatz frei. Auch die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind schnell und gut zu erreichen. Alles zusammengefasst - Tom ist ein toller, empfehlenswerter Vermieter. Wir kommen wieder!

Ich war für 2 Tage geschäftlich in Dresden und konnte mich nach anstrengenden Tagen wunderbar in der Unterkunft erholen. Es war sauber, ruhig und die Ausstattung der Wohnung hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Ich komme sehr gern wieder.
