Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, w centrum miasta i przy samym szlaku św. jakuba. Najtańsza opcja w mieście, ale w bardzo dobrych warunkach - pokój schludny, czysty i dobrze wyposażony.

This place was a lovely place to rest and relax while visiting the Algarve region. The hosts were very proactive with their communication and provided a ton of local recommendations. Additionally, they were very responsive when we asked very questions.

Wir waren schon zum 3 mal hier, immer wieder top, diese Wohnung ist total durchdacht, wir fühlen uns hier sehr wohl. Der Schlossblick ist genial. Der Parkplatz ist direkt am Eingang und auch das unmittelbare Umfeld ist sehr schön. Diese schöne Wohnung ist der Start für viele Sehenswürdigkeiten. Danke wir kommen im Oktober wieder

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf in de mooie stad Dresden gehad. Het appartement van Kenneth dat is gelegen in een mooi pand, is schoon, netjes, gezellig en van alles voorzien; een fijne keuken, badkamer en ruime slaapkamers met goede bedden. Ook de locatie is top; rustig en op loopafstand van de oude stad, zo'n 20 minuten, en dichtbij openbaar vervoer. Een supermarkt is om de hoek en ook leuke restaurantjes met lekker eten en goede sfeer waaronder Stadt Riesa. Gastheer Kenneth reageert snel en pro actief. Kortom: het appartement is een echte aanrader!

Wir waren für 2 Übernachtungen in der Unterkunft von Kenneth und hatten eine schöne Zeit.
Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern und Beschreibungen und hat alles was man braucht. Der Check-In war unkompliziert.
Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Lage, sehr gut mit dem Auto und auch mit der Straßenbahn erreichbar.
Kenneth war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Auf Fragen oder Anliegen hat er immer schnell reagiert.
Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder hier übernachten.

It was a pleasure to wake up in this lovely bright studio apartment each morning. It had everything I needed.
I stayed for five nights while visiting a conference at the Messe Dresden. It was very conveniently located only four tram stops away from the conference centre, close enough to pop back for lunch or to do some work. Also very conveniently for the airport train, and the pretty historic buildings and museums.
Nice view looking out over the Neptunbrunnen fountain and the hospital buildings. View of the nice cafe that always seems to be open, and handy for lunch/coffee.
I definitely recommend staying here, it might be a bit small for two people for more than a couple of days.
Great stay, thanks to the owners. I highly recommend.

Ich kann Host und Appartement nur uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die sehr gute Kommunikation und Beschreibung der Wohnung und Lage sowie der komplikationslose CheckIn-Prozess. Auch ausstattungsmäßig bleib für mich kein Wunsch offen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Dresden. The place was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped with everything needed for a pleasant visit. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy all that Dresden has to offer.
A special thank you to Kenneth, who was an outstanding host. He was very kind, responsive, and always ready to help with any questions or recommendations. His hospitality truly made the experience even better.

Excellent communication from co-host, Kenneth, before and during our stay. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, homely and very well equipped in the kitchen area. Good views over the town towards the sea from the little balcony.
We really enjoyed our 3 day stay in this lovely little old town with easy access to Portimão by water taxi.

Eine sehr saubere Wohnung, welche genau den Bildern entsprochen hat. Zudem eine sehr ruhige und schöne Lage. Die Kommunikation mit Verena war super. Man hat alle wichtigen Informationen erhalten und auch immer schnell eine Antwort bekommen. Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.
